      It has been my privilege and my pleasure to know Dr. Anneli Driessen. We met in the summer of 1988 at a networking function I had arranged. Our first business endeavour was early in 1989. I had occasion to recommend her to a valued client. I learned from my client that she had found the Achilles' heel and worked carefully to bring about change.
In the winter of 1997 I made a decision to change some important aspects of my own business. The end results have been most gratifying. Early in 1998 I took on an opportunity I would not previously had felt confident about tackling and it has been very fruitful.
      My business has turned an important corner. It has ceased to function on the plateau and has found new impetus to carry it into the new century. I owe a great measure of that to Dr. Driessen's coaching.
