What methodology will be used?
This program is highly interactive and pragmatic.
Action-oriented learning, small group discussions, simulations, skills
practice, peer feedback and self-directed learning are part of the training
process.
Participants will design solutions to the daily
challenges they face and apply this knowledge immediately on the job.
What is the structure of the seminar series?

Twelve two-hour offered bi-weekly, or six four-hour seminars offered once a
month with combined lecture, application and related assignments
-
Maximum of 20 participants
-
Up to 6 individual coaching, mentoring or consulting for participants relating
to seminar content
-
Two meetings with supervisors prior to and during the seminars
-
First reinforcement and progress evaluation seminar between 60 and 90 days
after completion
-
Second reinforcement and progress evaluation seminar to review applied learning
between 90 to 120 days after completion
-
Ongoing individual coaching, mentoring and/or consulting as needed after
separate approval for an additional fee up to 10 sessions during one year after
completion of basic seminar.

Personal coaching and or consulting with supervisor as needed throughout
contract engagement.
